Qualifications

• BS Agriculture or related field, graduate.
• 2–3 years in Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet-based tools.
• Licensed to operate a motorcycle and valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels to increase market share.
• Partner with dealers in marketing, promotions, and technical activities to boost product awareness.
• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and BD strategies within the territory.
• Represent the Company in industry events, trade shows, government-related activities, and other business engagements.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, territory development plans, and accomplishment reports on time.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
