Job summary

FertiGlobal Philippines is seeking a Sales professional to drive market growth in the Cagayan Valley region. You will build strong dealer networks, identify new opportunities, and collaborate on marketing and technical activities to increase product awareness.

Responsibilities include product presentations, market monitoring, and timely reporting of forecasts and plans, with representation at industry events and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Agriculture or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and internet-based tools.
• Must know how to operate a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support the achievement of the Company's sales and business objectives.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels to increase market share.

• Partner with dealers in the execution of marketing, promotional, and technical activities to enhance product awareness and generate market demand.

• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide relevant market intelligence to management.

• Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and business development strategies within the assigned territory.

• Represent the Company in industry events, trade shows, government-related activities, and other business engagements.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, territory development plans, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation on time.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications
