Job summary

Bardhmann, RTD is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to define and execute the territory plan, driving growth, profitability, and distributor expansion. You will lead planning, forecasting, and cost management while motivating the field team to achieve ambitious business targets.

Based in the assigned territory, you will engage distributors to ensure compliant processes and maximize opportunities for new product introductions and overall market share growth.

Qualifications

• Define & execute overall S&D territory plan with focus on profitability.
• Anchor achievement of volume and value targets by Month, Quarter and Year.
• Increase distributor footprint with adherence to processes.
• Lead business planning & forecasting for the assigned territory.
• Manage territory costs as per plan – subsidy, 3P manpower cost, etc.
• Motivate field force to achieve ambitious business plans and maximize incentives.

Responsibilities

• Define & execute overall S&D territory plan, capturing market growth opportunities with clear focus on profitability.
• Anchor achievement of volume & value targets by Month, QTR & Year.
• Increase distributor footprint, effectively engage distributor with complete adherence to process compliances.
• Lead business planning & forecasting for the assigned territory.
• Manage cost for the territory as per plan – subsidy, 3P manpower cost, etc.
• Increase distributor footprint for NPD’s
