Job summary

Tata Consumer Products Ltd. is seeking a Territory Sales Executive for Sompeta, RTD to strengthen the distribution network and boost market reach across the territory. This IC role focuses on sales execution, channel development, and delivering day-to-day results aligned with our RTD strategy.

You will report to the TSM - RTD and collaborate with Brand Teams, Supply Chain, and Finance to achieve ambitious targets while upholding our standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop the channel partner network and implement distribution objectives to drive reach & penetration across the territory
• Increase number of retail outlets, maintain high service level, drive visibility of all categories of products and ensure commercial hygiene (usage of technology while placing retail orders) in the territory
• Prepare market execution plan (day-wise MJP) & submit weekly reports
• Provide ground-level inputs for promotions, local activations & demand forecasting exercise
• Regular analysis of primary & secondary sales data to identify gaps and provide insights to Area Sales Manager
• Coordinate with CFAs for stock, pricing, and timely supplies, and engage field force to achieve ambitious business plans
