The role requires adherence to standards and effective communication with Distributor Leadership Team.

You will implement set strategies for territory development, manage Accounts Receivable, and provide timely reportage and feedback to leadership to ensure smooth operations and target attainment.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of sell-out, reach, distribution, strike rate and market hygiene targets.
• Achievement of business plans based on set strategies (territory development)
• Consistent application of standards and policies in assigned territory (territory Development)
• Flawless Execution of monthly Cycle Plans Management of Accounts Receivables Effective Execution, reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Leadership Team
