Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Distributor Specialist to drive sales, servicing efficiencies and store expansion in the distributor’s territory across Zamboanga del Sur. You will engage customers through strategic visits and lead field teams to ensure strong store operations and growth.

Based in Zamboanga with willingness to travel weekly, you will analyze data, provide actionable insights and collaborate with distributor teams to ensure KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Management or related field.
• Based in Zamboanga or willing to handle Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur and Sibugay.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Dynamic with passion for excellence and ownership.
• Willing to do heavy field work and travel for weeks.
• Has leadership, management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through strategic visits to build business and relationships.
• Lead field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, store operations and growth.
• Analyze data (internal and external) and provide data-driven insights and action plans.
