Job summary

Pelican Distribution, Inc. is seeking a driver-sales representative to develop van-selling operations in the Zamboanga Peninsula. You will promote, merchandise, distribute products and collect payments while visiting customers across assigned routes.

Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, seeking new opportunities, and ensuring coverage of outlets within the region to grow wholesale/retail and institutional accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 72 college units or at least a completed 2-year vocational course.
• Demonstrates sales aptitude and willingness to perform field work under irregular hours.
• Holds a valid Professional Driver's License Code 123 or equivalent.
• Preferably knowledgeable in driving panel-type trucks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain van-selling operations in assigned outlets/areas to increase flow of VFI products.
• Custodianship, promotion, merchandising, distribution and delivery of products and collection of payments.
• Route coverage within Zamboanga Peninsula to visit customers and secure new sales opportunities.
• Maintain and create accurate sales records and reports.
