Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Distributor Specialist to drive sales, servicing efficiencies and store expansion in the distributor’s territory across Zamboanga del Sur. You will engage customers through strategic visits and lead field teams to ensure strong store operations and growth.

Based in Zamboanga with willingness to travel weekly, you will analyze data, provide actionable insights and collaborate with distributor teams to ensure KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Management or related field.
• Based in Zamboanga or willing to handle Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur and Sibugay.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Dynamic with passion for excellence and ownership.
• Willing to do heavy field work and travel for weeks.
• Has leadership, management and analytical skills.

The role

The Distributor Specialist drives the achievement of sales, servicing efficiencies, and store expansion in the distributor’s assigned territory through management and development of distributor operations.

• Ensure regular customer engagement through strategic visits to further build business and relationships.
• Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
• Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.
• Work closely with distributor team to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.

We're looking for someone who

• Is a graduate of Business Management or any course related
• Is based in Zamboanga, and willing to handle Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur, and Sibugay
• Has working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be dynamic and has passion for excellence
• Is willing to do heavy field work and be assigned to an area at weeks at a time
• Has leadership, management, and analytical skills
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
