Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and performance targets.
Plan and execute sales and business development strategies for the assigned territory.
Develop and optimize sales routes and itineraries based on business objectives.
Monitor sales performance, distribution, and territory coverage, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional programs.
Conduct route rides, account validation, transaction verification, and field monitoring.
Review sales reports and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Apply effective sales management and territory development strategies to maximize business results.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of extensive sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
Experience in sales distribution, customer service, and sales management.
Experience in the returnable glass beverage business is an advantage.
Knowledge of sales processes, market territory management, product categories, competitor profiling, and sales analytics.
Strong skills in people management, analytical reasoning, decision-making, presentation, and communication.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Must possess a Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes 2 and 3.
