Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor or Senior Salesman in FMCG distribution.
• Strong knowledge of traditional trade and distributor operations.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of Salesmen, Van Salesmen, and/or Booking Sales Representatives within the assigned territories.
• Ensure achievement of sales volume, distribution, collection, and productivity targets.
• Conduct regular fieldwork (van rides, store visits, and account checks) to monitor execution and compliance.
• Implement sales programs, promos, and product launches in coordination with management.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising standards in the trade.
• Handle and support the team in negotiation and issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and area performance analyses.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit and collection policies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to address delivery, inventory, and operational concerns.
• Enforce company rules, sales policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and discipline.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of traditional trade, van selling, and distributor operations
• Proven track record in achieving sales and collection targets
• Experience handling multiple territories or regions is an advantage
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel assigned area
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
