Job summary

Panduit in Metro Manila is looking for a Territory Account Manager to drive named key accounts in IT, FSI, manufacturing and government. You will create targeted account plans, build long-term relationships, and deliver network connectivity and Data Center solution proposals to meet client needs.

You will travel to client sites, coordinate with partners, and present evidence-based proposals to drive growth while maintaining detailed account records and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required or recommended.
• Experience in managing end-user accounts in IT-related sectors (FSI, Colo, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Government).
• Knowledge of structured cabling, enterprise network connectivity and Data Center solutions is advantageous.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-proposal skills based on customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate sales targets for named focus end-user accounts.
• Develop and execute evidence-based sales plans to meet annual targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with top named key accounts and partner ecosystems.
• Travel to client sites to present solutions and understand current practices.
• Address client concerns promptly and amicably.
• Maintain detailed account profiles for key accounts.
• Present in-depth reports to directors and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed on client needs and competitors.
