Job summary

Next Info Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships within IT infrastructure and digital transformation, on-site in Metro Manila.

You will oversee a portfolio, understand business and technical needs, and align solutions and services. Daily duties include client meetings, proposals, coordinating with delivery teams, and monitoring progress to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management experience and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in IT infrastructure or related technology services at a business level.
• Proficiency in sales, prospecting, proposal development, and negotiation.
• Solid organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations and meetings.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior account management, sales, or customer success in tech or IT services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client meetings with portfolio stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for client opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions.
• Monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage renewals.
• Address service issues and maintain accurate account records and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet commitments and strengthen partnerships.
