Maersk in Pasig City, Philippines is seeking a Tender Management professional to support successful bid submissions. You will review RFQs, translate requirements into Maersk-approved bid formats, and collaborate with Pricing, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure feasible, competitive proposals.

The role emphasizes pricing governance, data quality, and timely delivery of submissions, with a morning shift and close coordination with Contract Management for handover of awarded tenders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tender Management or related commercial support role.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industries is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Review RFQs to identify scope, requirements, and missing information.
• Translate RFQ requirements into Maersk-approved bid formats using key systems.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to validate pricing and feasibility.
