Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Tender Specialist to review RFQs, translate them into Maersk‑aligned bid formats, and collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Product to ensure feasibility and rate accuracy. The role supports complete tender outputs within target timelines and ensures smooth handover to Contract Management for awarded tenders.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year tender-related experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
• 1+ year tender-related experience and contract management.
• Tender process knowledge or related work experience is required.
• Strong communicator with Sales Team and Customer Success Partners.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Good English communications skills.
• MS Office proficient including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and interpret scope and complexity.
• Translate RFQs into Maersk‑aligned bid formats using systems such as AFLS, CoPo/Athena, Negotiation Platform or SFDC.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Product, and Sales to validate feasibility and rate accuracy.
