Job summary

Qualifications

1 year+ tender-related experience or contract management.
Tender process knowledge is required.
Strong communication with Sales Team and Customer Success Partners.
Experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Review RFQs, identify scope and missing information.
Translate RFQs into Maersk-aligned bid formats using AFLS, CoPo/Athena, Negotiation Platform or SFDC.
Coordinate with Pricing, Product and Sales to validate feasibility and rate accuracy.
Apply commercial product logic (FT, inland, DRY PORT, SOC/NOR, IMO, surcharges).
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with pricing governance.
Deliver complete tender outputs within agreed TAT and align with Sales on deviations.
Support smooth transition to Contract Management for awarded tenders.
Track tender performance and share system gap insights for platform improvements.
