Maersk is seeking a Tender Management professional to support successful bid submissions by preparing accurate, competitive responses. You will translate RFQ requirements into Maersk-approved bid formats and work with Pricing, Product, and Sales to ensure feasibility and pricing accuracy, delivering high-quality tender responses within agreed turnaround times.

You will support handover of awarded tenders to Contract Management and track tender performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, or a related commercial support role.
• Strong understanding of tender management processes and RFQ handling.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industries is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze customer RFQs, identifying scope, requirements, and complexity.
• Translate RFQ requirements into Maersk-approved bid formats using defined systems.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Sales to validate feasibility and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure all bid requirements meet customer specs and internal standards.
