Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd seeks a Tenant Experience & Community Executive on a 2-year contract (convertible & renewable) to manage tenant accounts and deliver exceptional service.

The role focuses on onboarding, relationship-building with tenants, coordinating with service partners, and driving high client satisfaction. Office hours, Monday to Friday, with a $3,800–$4,300 monthly salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with relevant customer or client service exposure.
• Experience in tenant management, hospitality, or premium customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned tenants, building strong client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day tenant accounts and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Oversee onboarding, tours, service requests and ongoing account engagement for seamless experience.
• Gather tenant feedback and drive follow-up and service recovery where required.
• Maintain regular engagement with tenants and building stakeholders to support retention.
• Introduce tenants to facilities and amenities and identify opportunities to enhance experience.
• Monitor issues from enquiry to resolution and ensure proper closure.
• Plan and coordinate tenant engagement activities and community programmes.
• Maintain records of tenant interactions and support ad-hoc client projects.
