Job summary

Search Avenue Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a trainee to support the asset management team at Raffles Place. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

You will work on tenant relations, occupancy optimization, and lease renewals, coordinating with shareholders representatives and external consultants. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm, with a base salary of SGD 4,000 plus AWS and VB (typical 2–3 months).

Qualifications

• Degree in RealEstate/Building/Estate Management.
• No experience needed; training provided.
• Great personality and good interpersonal skills.
