Monday - Friday, Office Hour
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned tenants, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Manage day-to-day tenant accounts, understanding client needs and coordinating with internal teams and service partners to deliver timely solutions.
Oversee tenant onboarding, building tours, service requests and ongoing account engagement to ensure a seamless client experience.
Proactively gather tenant feedback, identify service gaps and drive appropriate follow-up and service recovery where required.
Maintain regular engagement with key tenant contacts, prospects and building stakeholders to strengthen relationships and support tenant retention.
Introduce tenants to building facilities, shared spaces and amenities while identifying opportunities to enhance their overall workplace experience.
Monitor tenant issues and requests from initial enquiry through resolution, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
Plan and coordinate tenant engagement activities, community programmes and networking initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
Develop and maintain regular engagement with tenants and prospects to understand their needs, gather feedback and identify opportunities for further engagement.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and external stakeholders to execute tenant programmes and resolve operational matters.
Support initiatives aimed at improving tenant satisfaction, engagement and retention across the assigned portfolio.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, feedback, requests and follow-up actions to ensure effective account management.
Support ad-hoc client projects and initiatives, taking ownership from planning through execution and completion.
Diploma in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in client account management, customer relationship management, tenant management, hospitality, property or premium customer service.
Experience managing corporate clients, tenants or key customer accounts is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport across different levels.
Confident and professional in handling client enquiries, feedback and service-related issues.
Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and follow through to resolution.
Good event management, project coordination and organisational skills.
Able to work independently, multitask and manage multiple client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
