Federal Pioneer Development Corp. seeks an experienced Leasing/Property Coordinator in the Philippines to manage tenant leases, monitor payments, and resolve disputes.
You will coordinate move-outs, foster positive tenant relations, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with leases and laws. The role requires 3-5 years in Real Estate/Leasing and a 4-year business degree, with willingness to report to the Mandaluyong City area.
Role:
1. Manage and monitor tenant lease agreements and contracts.
2. Monitor tenant payments and ensure timely collection.
3. Coordinates/Resolve tenant complaints and disputes.
4. Handle tenant move-outs and initiate evictions if necessary.
5. Develop positive relationship with tenants.
6. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with tenant lease agreements and local laws.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all tenant-related activities and records.
8. Participate in the development and implementation of tenant retention plans.
9. Maintain contacts lists for tenants, vendors, and other related parties.
10. Collaborate with property manager to ensure proper maintenance of rental property and common areas.
11. Assist with marketing rental property availability and features.
12. Attend landlord/tenant meetings as needed.
