Responsibilities

• Source candidates and make outbound calls to prospect applicants; screen qualifications and verify availability.
• Maintain regular communication with potential candidates for current and future vessel requirements (TAP, Jot form, referrals, FB, LinkedIn).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by updating TAP database and recording call outcomes.
• Support recruitment activities and coordinate by scheduling interviews and following up on application requirements.
