Fleet Management Training Institute Philippines, Inc is seeking a Recruitment Officer to lead seafarer sourcing and deployment for fleet vessels. You will coordinate with crewing managers, oversee branch performance and ensure timely recruitment reporting across operations.

The role requires visits to training centers and seafarers' residences, supervision of branch output, and alignment with the company's Quality Management System and standards. Experience in Manning/crewing is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation or related 4-year degree.
• COC - OIC - Operational Level.
• At least 3 years sailing as Officer-in-Charge or similar seafaring role.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and source competent seafarers for deployment.
• Visit training centers, dormitories and seafarers' homes for recruitment.
• Supervise recruitment output from branches and report on salaries.
• Coordinate with Crewing Managers to secure qualified seafarers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management.
• Maintain adherence to Quality Policy and QMS objectives.
