Job summary

Hospital Authority Kowloon Central Cluster in Hong Kong is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Manager (HO2609028) to oversee day-to-day HR operations across Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, Staff Relations, and Training.

The role requires a university degree and at least 2 years of post-qualification managerial experience in HR, with fluency in English and Chinese, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification managerial experience in Human Resources at junior management level (i.e. Executive Officer II or equivalent level).
• Formal education in human resources management or related discipline.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills.
• Good PC skills in general office administration, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
• Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and take on multiple tasks.
