Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production application support and ensure availability.
• Monitor applications, servers, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot application, server, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with Development, DBA, Infra teams for issue resolution.
• Perform RCA and document resolutions.
• Support deployments, patches, and post-deployment validation.
