You will engage with business partners and technical teams to define requirements and deliver reliable software solutions.

This role emphasizes monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery readiness, and opportunities to improve automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multiple platforms (OS - UNIX, Linux, Windows).
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases; cloud technologies such as AWS and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Analyze application alert trends and suggest solutions to minimize future incidents.
• Provide 24x7 support for production environments.
• Assist in change management and production services delivery.
• Maintain and update Runbooks and SharePoint documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Team to resolve application issues.
