Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Incident Management engineer to join our IT operations team in the Philippines. You will handle L1–L3 support tickets, perform troubleshooting, and oversee COB batch processes, ensuring services meet SLAs.

Strong Temenos product knowledge and Java/Spring experience are essential. You will work with Linux environments, Oracle/DB2/PostgreSQL databases, and cloud/container tools like Kubernetes and AWS.

Qualifications

Experience with Temenos Product Support platforms (T24 and Odyssey).
Strong Java/J2EE development and Spring Boot experience.
Proficient Linux administration and ITIL-based incident/change management.

Responsibilities

Incident Management: Resolve L1/L2/L3 support tickets within SLAs.
Troubleshooting & RCA: Perform root cause analysis of recurring faults.
COB: Oversee end-of-day/month batch processing.
Release & Change Support: Validate patches and upgrades before production.
System Monitoring: Track performance with Grafana/Elasticsearch.
