Responsibilities

Prepare individual sales action plans aligned with sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
Answer inbound sales inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
Communicate client brand value and service benefits to potential customers.
Use selling and customer service techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales.
Ensure timely submission of client information and follow-up.
Prepare and submit accurate sales activity reports.
Resolve customer complaints by addressing problems and reporting to managers.
Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact.
Coordinate with clients to prevent service discontinuation.
Liaise with technical/operations teams for smooth handover and execution.
Support marketing strategy and business development teams as needed.
Assist with invoicing and collection support as directed by the Business Manager.
Maintain awareness of SGS services to maximize sales opportunities.
Forward potential opportunities to other Business Lines as appropriate.
Adhere to SGS health and safety policies.
Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned for departmental goals.
