Responsibilities include designing programs to ensure a personal SGS customer experience, proactively contacting prospects, handling inquiries promptly, and coordinating with affiliates and operations to finalize non-routine jobs while maintaining QHSEE standards.

Qualifications

• College graduate with 3–5 years in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and people management abilities.
• Experience with selling, negotiation, and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver programs to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Reach out to prospects by phone or media to generate sales.
• Manage inquiries promptly and coordinate with teams for non routine jobs.
• Develop initiatives to enhance client experience across channels.
• Monitor dormant accounts and reactivate opportunities.
• Identify new client needs and share insights with sales teams.
