Job summary

SGS is seeking a CRM/Inside Sales Representative in Makati City, Philippines, to design, deliver and monitor programs that ensure a personal, memorable customer experience aligned with the SGS brand. You will proactively build the client database, contact prospects by phone or media, and sell SGS services while managing inquiries.

The role requires college graduate, 3–5 years in sales or customer service, and strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills using Oracle or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• College graduate with 3–5 years in sales or customer service.
• 3+ years in roles requiring strong communication and people management.
• 3+ years in selling and negotiation.
• Experience in Agriculture, Food, Healthcare, or Pharma is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and monitor programs geared towards a consistent customer service experience to clients that is truly personal, memorable, and fit the SGS Brand and values.
• Proactively build the database and call via phone or other media to offer SGS offerings to prospective clients.
• Ensure all client enquiries are attended to in an approachable, professional, and prompt manner, including generation of non-routine proposals and coordinating with SGS affiliates, and operations and support teams for non-routine jobs.
• Proactively contact new customers via phone or other media tools to offer SGS services and generate business.
• Monitor dormant accounts (6 months inactive or no business being covered by field sales).
• Inactive accounts are considered new customer or prospects.
