Macrologic Diversified Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant in the Philippines to bolster the Sales Team with telemarketing, cold calling, and administrative support. The role emphasizes organization, proactivity, and confidence in engaging with potential clients to drive sales.

The position involves handling leads, coordinating with Account Executives, and supporting overall sales operations while developing meaningful client relationships for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year telemarketing or cold calling experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing and cold calling to generate leads and qualify prospects
• Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with Account Executives
• Prepare and update sales documents, quotations, and reports
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM
• Assist in sales order processing and other sales-related tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments for sales requirements
• Support the overall sales operations and activities
