Job summary

Cartrack Asia is seeking a motivated Telesales Associate in Makati to drive revenue through outbound calls and product demonstrations. You will engage prospects, articulate value, and aim to convert leads into customers.

The role offers uncapped commissions, mentorship, a 13th month pay, and a day shift with weekends off. Strong English communication and basic negotiation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales.
• Experience with outbound calls and selling to corporate/individual clients.
• Proficient English; other dialects helpful (Ilonggo, Bisaya).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospect new clients.
• Demonstrate product value and address client needs.
• Explore new markets and opportunities to sell products.

Key responsibilities

• Telephone selling to reach out to potential clients through cold calls for both new corporate and individual customers

• Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs

• Explore new markets and business opportunities in order to sell products and services

• Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged

• Keep standard of the communication and secure sales an appointment for sales team to follow-up

• Update and record the customer information in a database

• Create daily sales report and update

About you

• At least 1-1 3-year experience as a Telemarketer/Telesales Representative or any related fields

• Working experience in Telemarketer/Telesales with any industry is highly preferred

• English and knowledge of other dialects (Ilonggo, Bisaya) is a plus

• Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability and initiative

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Enthusiastic and can-do attitude

• Able to work under pressure

• Proactive and target oriented

• Willing to work in Makati City
