Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Telco Customer Service Representative to join our Manila team, onsite in Malate. You will assist customers with mobile, internet, and service concerns, handling billing inquiries and account updates. No prior BPO or telecom experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support preferred but not required.
• Strong communication in English and good listening skills.
• Willingness to learn telco systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mobile, internet, and service concerns.
• Handle billing and payment inquiries.
• Explain plans, services, and promotions; assist activations/upgrades/renewals.
• Troubleshoot simple issues and document interactions.
• Update accounts and respond to customer requests; escalate complex issues when needed.
