Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience (retail, customer service, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
• Comfortable in a retail store environment with daily customer interactions.
• Telco/FMCG/insurance or franchising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets by recommending mobile, broadband, and digital solutions.
• Upsell plan upgrades, value-added services, and referrals to grow revenue.
• Resolve customer inquiries with timely, first-contact resolutions where possible.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive engagement and VIP handling.
• Adhere to prescribed customer journey standards across sales, aftersales, virtual support, and service fulfillment.
• Manage store operations including sales, cashiering, inventory, and compliance.
• Complete Infinity sales and aftersales transactions and maintain product knowledge.
