Job summary

IBM Business Services, Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a content specialist to manage end-to-end knowledge base content creation, editing, publishing, and maintenance for telecom topics.

You will partner with SMEs, training, and operations teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business priorities, proofread and finalize articles, and oversee review and approval processes.

• Two years of college or equivalent experience in writing, communications, or technical training.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end content creation, editing, publishing, and maintenance process for the telecom knowledge base.
• Partner with SMEs, training, and operations teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Proof, edit, and finalize knowledge articles, workflows, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Own the content review and approval process, ensuring consistency, grammar, formatting, and style.
• Monitor usage data to recommend content improvements.
• Maintain content quality standards, templates, and version control.
• Manage the backlog of content requests and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in production meetings and development sprints.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to content optimization and user experience.
