Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Knowledge Base Platform Administrator to manage the telecom knowledge-base platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and governance. You will handle user roles, permissions, configurations, taxonomy, and report on usage while partnering with IT, vendors, and KM leaders.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in Information Systems, CS, or related field, with experience in CMS platforms, SQL and data management, plus strong problem solving and communication skills to support

Responsibilities

• Administer the telecom knowledge-base platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability
• Manage user roles, permissions, configuration settings, and system workflows
• Maintain system integrity by ensuring version control, metadata accuracy, tagging structures, and article taxonomy
• Work closely with IT, vendors, and KM leaders to implement updates and enhancements
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide training/documentation for KB users
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and usage analytics
