Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Curriculum & Instructional Design Lead to oversee end‑to‑end learning programs for the telecom account. You will shape standards, templates, and methodologies for the design team and work with operations, delivery, and client teams to identify needs and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or similar (preferred).
• Industry certifications (ATD, CPTD, APTD, curriculum design) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, strategy, and governance of the learning curriculum for the telecom account.
• Define instructional standards, templates, and methodologies for the design team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end design of courses, learning paths, and certification programs.
• Collaborate with operations, training delivery, quality, and client teams to identify learning needs.
• Manage instructional designers and eLearning developers, assigning workload and priorities.
• Ensure training content aligns with goals, performance gaps, and telecom policies.
• Review and approve course designs, storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
• Track curriculum performance and recommend improvements from data and learner feedback.
• Ensure training meets compliance, regulatory, and brand requirements.
• Provide executive‑level updates on curriculum roadmap, progress, and risks.
