Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a QA/content reviewer to conduct quality checks on training content, knowledge articles, and eLearning modules, ensuring grammar, formatting, accuracy, compliance and brand standards.

You will validate telecom process flows, test SCORM-compliant modules, manage version control, and collaborate with instructional designers, content managers, and SMEs to resolve issues and support publishing readiness.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience in quality assurance, technical writing, or instructional content review.
• Preferred BA/BS degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on training content, knowledge articles, and eLearning modules
• Ensure all materials meet grammar, formatting, accuracy, compliance, and brand-standard requirements
• Validate technical accuracy of telecom process flows, procedures, and system steps
• Test eLearning modules for functionality, navigation, and SCORM compliance
• Manage version control and ensure all materials meet documentation standards
• Partner with instructional designers, content managers, and SMEs to resolve quality issues
• Track defects, prepare QA reports, and recommend improvements
• Support final publishing and release readiness reviews
