Qualifications

• High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS graduate (New Curriculum).
• College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Must currently reside in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with telecom products, billing, services, and technical concerns.
• Deliver accurate information and offer effective solutions.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Manage customer complaints and work toward quick resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of each interaction in the system.
