Uc Bcf is seeking a collection support role based in Makati. The candidate will coordinate with customers by phone, document invoice status, and maintain updated customer contact information for collection and billing submissions.

Responsibilities include follow-ups on collections, updating AR trackers, coordinating disputes with the Credit and Control Team, and performing admin tasks during off-peak collection calls, including scanning and filing.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with customer via telephone
• Provide a written record of the status of the outstanding invoices for the assigned clients
• Update of customers’ address/contact details on collection pick-up and billing submission
• Collection follow up
• Record in Southbend Collection Itinerary of confirmed collections.
• Access and update JSEC AR Ageing Tracker for confirmed collections.
• Coordinate customer disputes to JSEC Credit and Control Team.
• Update daily call logs.
• Serve as admin support to JSEC Credit and Control Team during collection calls off peak days – tasks include but not limited to scanning and filing.
