Job summary

HTU is seeking a role in Manila to coordinate customer communications by telephone and maintain records of outstanding invoices. The position involves updating customer details, performing collection follow-ups, and supporting the Credit and Control Team during peak collection periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer via telephone
• Provide a written record of the status of the outstanding invoices for the assigned clients
• Update of customers’ address/contact details on collection pick-up and billing submission
• Collection follow up
• Record in Southbend Collection Itinerary of confirmed collections.
• Access and update JSEC AR Ageing Tracker for confirmed collections.
• Coordinate customer disputes to JSEC Credit and Control Team.
• Update daily call logs.
• Serve as admin support to JSEC Credit and Control Team during collection calls off peak days – tasks include but not limited to scanning and filing.
