Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• At least 3 years in Finance & Accounting, with 2 years in Credit & Collection.
• Strong verbal and written business communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor assigned customer accounts and collect receivables in time per company policy and guidelines.
• Conduct daily collections: follow up status of clients, unpaid billings, coordinate to ensure proper OR preparation and payment application.
• Make weekly collection forecasts and monitor collection status to help team hit monthly targets.
• Collaborate with Sales/Account Managers to resolve past-due issues for immediate collection.
• Interface with clients by phone, email, correspondences and meetings to address overdue accounts and encourage current status.
• Provide customer service on collection issues, document requests, holds and suspensions, refunds, shorts payments, and SOA discrepancies.
• Validate and document adjustments to customer accounts and facilitate approvals for accuracy of customer SOA accounts.
• Monitor handling of billing supporting documents, SOA, letters and notices to ensure completeness and proper transmission to customers.
