SUMISHO MOTOR FINANCE CORPORATION is seeking a Collections professional to manage a portfolio of accounts in Makati. The role focuses on reminding customers of due dates, initiating overdue collections, and negotiating payment plans via phone.

The candidate should have completed college-level studies and be willing to be based at the Head Office in Makati, with experience in phone-based collections preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed at least college level, vocational, associate, or a four-year college graduate.
• Preferably with experience in phone-based collections.
• Willing to be assigned in Head Office - Makati.

Responsibilities

• Remind due dates and seek overdue payments from customers via phone calls.
• Establish payment plans and update customer records.
• Manages active portfolio to meet deterioration/overdue targets through call outs and reconciliation of payments for waivers/adjustments.
• Coordinate with team and branches to address issues preventing collections on delinquent accounts.
• Track collections performance for quality improvement.
• Assist on-the-job training for Tele Collection specialists and support Team Lead as needed.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

• Tracks own collections performance for quality improvement.

• May assists on training for boarding Tele Collection specialists through tandem on the job training.

• May assist Team Lead in other functions relating to the improvement of collections efficiency and quality.

• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
