Job summary

Larix Credit Collection Specialist Inc. is hiring for a Tele-Collections agent to contact debtors via phone and recover overdue payments from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Successful candidates will negotiate repayment plans, adhere to policies, and strive to meet or exceed recovery targets. The role offers a training period with a pathway to permanent employment, plus incentives after the initial evaluation.

Qualifications

• At least high school or college level, with experience, and willing to be trained as a Tele- Collections agent.
• 1-DAY PROCESS ONLY WORK SCHEDULE within 8 AM -5 PM, MON-SAT

• Debt Collection: contacting debtors via telephone to recover overdue payments.
• Communication & Negotiation: engaging in conversations with debtors to discuss payment options and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
• Following Procedures: adhering to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines in all collection activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-DAY PROCESS ONLY WORK SCHEDULE within 8 AM -5 PM, MON-SAT

We offer a total of P20,000 to 25,000 monthly, including a cash collection Incentive and other work-related incentives after the 1 Month training and evaluation period " For Experienced only"
