Qualifications

High School / Senior High School Graduate and above.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
Basic computer proficiency.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and assist with telecom product and service inquiries.
Recommend and promote appropriate plans, products, and services based on customer needs.
Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
Assist with account, billing, payment, and service-related concerns.
Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
Process upgrades, plan changes, and other account requests.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Meet assigned sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
