Qualifications

• B2 English (Upper-Intermediate) communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls for telecommunications products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, account information, plans, and service-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Process account updates, service requests, and other customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
• Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during every customer interaction.
