Job summary

Metacom Careers in the Philippines seeks a Customer Service Representative – Telco Technical Support to assist customers with telecom and technical concerns through voice support. You will identify issues, provide accurate information, and guide customers through basic troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires handling inbound calls, documenting issues, and upholding service standards on a shifting schedule at Eton Centris, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 1 month of BPO experience.
• Telco experience is preferred, particularly technical support.
• Comfortable handling a voice-based account.
• Good English communication skills; B2 level preferred.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City – Eton Centris.
• High school graduates under the old curriculum may be considered.
• Candidates with technical support or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with telecommunications and technical concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Identify and properly document customer issues.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, accounts, and technical concerns.
• De-escalate frustrated customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain quality standards and meet established performance targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
