Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects or an Associate Degree graduate.
• 1 to 3 years of BPO/Contact Center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite and accommodate shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using computers and troubleshooting technical concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from basic to complex.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist with account, device, connectivity, software, or service-related concerns.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the support process.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
