Teleperformance Makati is urgently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Telco Voice Account. Open to candidates with as low as 3 months BPO experience and willing to work onsite in Makati on a shifting schedule.

You will handle inbound telco inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and strive to meet quality and performance targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
• At least 3 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice accepted).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati on a shifting schedule.
• Immediate start preferred.
