Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• At least 3 months of BPO or call center experience.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot simple issues.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and simple manner.
• Resolve service-related and technical concerns efficiently.
• Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction.
• Meet quality, productivity, and resolution time targets.
