Job summary

Caldwell Communications in Quezon City is seeking a Technical Support Representative for onsite, full-time work, with at least 3 months of BPO experience. Salary up to ₱26,000 monthly basic; paid training and long-term career growth in IT-enabled services.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone/chat/email, provide troubleshooting for software/hardware/internet, and document steps. Strong English and basic computer skills required; shifting schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot simple issues

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide technical troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and simple manner
• Resolve service-related and technical concerns efficiently
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
